- Review and complete all necessary paperwork including all disclosures with you, the Sellers
- Order Coldwell Banker "For Sale" yard sign; attach personal sign rider along with Info Box
- Add property information and photos to my Featured Listings page on DavidPriceRealtor.com
- Order Virtual Tour
- Order "Just Listed" postcards for consumer and broker mailing
- Distribute information to area residents informing them your property is for sale
- Create property flyer and display in front window of Coldwell Banker office at 3401 4th St. North
- Create and submit advertising copy for local advertising, Buyers Guide, and all internet marketing
- Promote and submit AON Home Warranty (if required by Seller)
- Submit for marketing purposes Mortgage Information for Buyer Prospect information
- Arrange Brokers Open; tour your home with area Board, highly qualified, professional Sales Associates
- Arrange Brokers Open for all Realtors® from both the Downtown St. Pete office and 4th St. Coldwell Banker Offices
- Provide Video - “Preparing your home to sell”
- Arrange and insure property can be shown easily to all prospective Buyers and cooperating Realtors®
- Make showing as easy and accommodating as possible for you the seller
- Advertise and hold a minimum of one Open House per month
- Pre-Qualify prospective Buyers through our in-house Mortgage Department
- Advertise property in the St. Petersburg Times and the Pinellas County Edition of the Tampa Tribune
- Advertise property in the New York Times for all residential or condominium resale properties listed for over $400,000.
- Offer professional advice and expertise on marketing conditions monthly to evaluate pricing based on the most recent “new listings” that may come on the market, properties placed “under contract” and properties in your area that are “Sold”
- Promote your property to Buyers transferring in Florida from all 50 states, Canada and internationally through our Relocation Department.
- Send emails announcing new listings and open houses to qualified prospects who have signed up to receive such notices on my website
- Market your home on numerous web sites where buyers are looking for new homes:
- Track and immediately respond to all internet site inquiries
- Communicate with you weekly regarding feedback of all showings, both customer and realtor responses to your property
- Represent you on the presentation of all offers and assist you in negotiating wisely
- Be present and be an integral part of the home inspection process
- Advise you, step by step, of the process involved in completing your transaction from contract to closing
- Once the property is under contract, get weekly updates from the buyer's lender, insure that the termite, survey and home inspection is handled appropriately and within the necessary time frames
- Provide information and services available from our in-house title company – Sunbelt Title.
