Meet David Price

Born in Shropshire, England, David moved to Florida in 1997 where he started his real estate career as a property manager. After working in the property management field for over a year, David needed a new challenge and moved in to residential resales and new construction sales.

He has also worked on site as a construction manager for a local builder in the growing downtown area of St. Petersburg as well as managing sales for the development.

Meet Brad Bess

Born in Zanesville, OH, Brad moved to Florida in 2001 to escape the cold winters in exchange for the Sunshine state. Florida is now considered home to him and his growing family. He loves living here and enjoys all that this area has to offer. Boating and spending time with his family are his two favorite hobbies.

Whether you need to know what beaches to go to, where to eat, or what is going on in the community, Brad is your source for info. If boating is your thing then he will set your sails in the right direction for waterfront dining, navigating the channels, waterfront property and all the leisure islands in and around Tampa Bay and the Gulf.
